About

Hello, I’m Bex. Thank you for finding my business.

I am an international expert in human rights and sustainability for business. I have 15 years of experience working with organisations on their
sustainability goals and risks; from some of the world’s largest corporates, to up-and-coming British SMEs, to the United Nations. I’m truly passionate about making the world a better place through educating, empowering and exciting others to take their own action on sustainability.

  • For businesses, I deliver this through bespoke consulting and advisory – drawing on my years of sustainability and human rights consulting experience, including most recently founding and leading a rapidly scaling consulting practice in a world-renown responsible sourcing organisation.

I draw on my technical training, expertise and practical experience working closely with client teams to create impactful solutions to their sustainability problems and become a trusted advisor. Some of my former clients* include The Coca-Cola Company, Lucy and Yak, Unispace, Yum Brands, ME+EM, the Australian and UK Governments and many more.

  • I’ve always been passionate about empowering other women and am grateful to have been mentored and coached by many fantastic leaders over the years. I’m determined to pass this on and support women in sustainability to thrive, including sharing the skills, knowledge and experience I’ve gathered over the last 15 years.

Tying my experience, expertise and passion together, I am proud to offer 1:1 and group coaching and mentoring to women in sustainability, as well as deep dive sessions.

I take a client-centric approach to coaching, and bring in the tools and resources needed for their individual personality, learning style, goals and ambitions. From identifying your next career move, to business leadership, to promotion, to public speaking – whatever the goal, we find a way forwards. Support for graduates and students aspiring to work in sustainability will be coming later in 2025, alongside partnerships with forward-thinking universities and education groups.

  • As someone who personally loves exploring sustainability in a professional and personal capacity, I am always looking for new lifestyle and consumer choices I can make to practice what I preach. To that end, bring my unique combination of technical expertise and personal love of education and empowerment to make sustainable lifestyle choices more accessible.

I collaborate with brands and influencers to advise them on more sustainable behaviour, as well as helping them create content and campaigns to share their progress without green or social washing. You can check out my Instagram for content and collaboration examples, with more to be announced about this work shortly!

  • I have a strong relationship with the UNGC, including the UK and USA Local Networks and sit on the UK Network’s Business Advisory Board. I am grateful to have been invited to present, facilitate and speak at many global sustainability conferences, including the UN Business and Human Rights Forum in Geneva, the New York Bar Society, UN Climate Week in New York and Reuters Sustainability Events.

I have guest lectured at Columbia University, NYC on supply chain due diligence, and Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, on Modern Slavery Prevention in Procurement. You can also check out these Innovation Forum podcast episodes on the future of sustainable fashion, and sustainable food economics in the United States.
